Charminster Close RTM Company Ltd was formed by leaseholders to acquire the Right To Manage. It remained dormant and statutory accounts were filed at Companies House even though there are no transactions. The company was disolved when the majority of the leaseholders purchased the freehold via Charminster Close Freehold Ltd.

Charminster Close RTE Company Ltd was dissolved in 2015 as the government never enacted the RTE provisions of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. During its existence dormant company accounts had to filed at Companies House even though there were no transactions.
